March occupancy is pacing up 12%, this month’s visitation is driven largely by the Audi FIS Ski World Cup Finals on March 22 – 27, 2025. As shown in the DOR 60-Day Outlook Report, occupancy from March 19-27 is averaging around 70%, with some days surpassing that percentage.
Occupancy for April and May is seeing growth which is due to group business. Although early, June is pacing ahead and that is great news for the summer season.
