At this time we are 500 million dollars above where we were a year ago. In 2019 the Sun Valley MLS closed 640 million in total volume. At the end of 2020 it's over 1.1 billion, a 78.5% increase over 2019. And despite all of this we were down 8.1% in listings on the year yet up 70 million in listing volume. To cap it all off, the Keller Williams office here in Sun Valley accounts for 500 million of this year's total volume.

January '20 - Total volume down 8.3% from a year ago
February '20 - Total volume up 43.1% from a year ago
March '20 - Total volume down 6.7% from a year ago
April '20 - Total volume down 11.6% from a year ago
May '20 - Total volume down 18.4% from a year ago
June '20 - Total volume down 38.8% from a year ago
Here's where things start to change....
July '20 - Total volume up 119.9% from a year ago
August '20 - Total volume up 172.5% from a year ago
September '20 - Total volume up 218.1% from a year ago
October '20 - Total volume up 104.3% from a year ago
November '20 - Total Volume up 252.2% from a year ago
December '20 - Up 57% at this time from a year ago
